Ach du meine Güte…
Just in diesem Moment scheint die Sonne, ganz gleich ob sie wirklich scheint. Macht keinen Sinn?
- Vorbereitungszeit 10 Minuten
- Backzeit 12-15 Minuten
- Schwierigkeit Leicht
Für die absolut tollsten Vanilla Cupcakes:
- 175g Mehl
- 6g Backpulver
- 4g Baking Soda/Natron
- 3g Salz
- 2 Eier
- 143g Zucker
- 7ml Vanilleextrakt
- 120ml Pflanzenöl
- 120ml Milch
- 4ml Essig
eure niner

I am wondering if I could substitute the milk for Goats milk, if it would affect the outcome at all?
I am baking for someone who has allergies to both Cow’s milk and Soy.
Next attempt is finding a frosting to make without butter, milk or soy of any kind, HA!
Hi there Michelle, ohmy I WISH I could tell you 100% but I am sure if you used Goats milk, the outcome won’t be much different?
If there are no other choices anyway, why don’t you try it out and let’s HOPE it’s just as tasty? If you try it out, please let me know about the outcome.
Many blessings,
niner :-)

Hi these look amazing! Happy to see that it doesn’t require butter! If you happen to see this comment, do you think if I used soy milk instead of regular milk there would be a problem? Thanks!
Hi Kim, I never tried it with soy milk because I am allergic to it :-) BUT I am sure it would work, at least: give it a try? This recipe is so easy to make, I am sure your outcome will be great. Let me know if it worked out? Many blessings, niner :-)

Hi Niner,
I was wondering if this yummy cupcakes would taste the same, if you freeze them? I need to prepare my second son’s batism and, since I habe two toddlers here, I can’t bake everything fresh, like I would usually do :(
Did you already try to freeze those?
Thanks for this awsome page!!
Hi Jenny,
what you can do is to wrap the cupcakes individually with plastic wrap and put these in plastic freezer bags (make sure to get the excess air out) or airtight containers. You can store them up to a month or even longer. When you get them out, unwrap them once the cuppies are thawed. Note: I have not frozen the vanilla cupcakes yet but I am sure it will work. Why don’t you make a test run?
Many blessings and hopefully it will be less stressful for you.

Hi Niner,
the cup cake looks really delicious…oh my! YUM YUM :D
thank for sharing it as i was searching for a no fail recipe…. i will definitely try it :)
i have a question regarding the vinegar, is it a vinegar paste if not then in what form are we suppose to use it in the recipe, and what is the use of vinegar in this recipe what i mean is why has it been used, how des it help in baking???
and can we skip it if we want to??
Afsheen, thank you.
The sugar is granulated sugar.
The vinegar + milk is the same as when you use buttermilk. So instead you can use buttermilk.
If you use vinegar, use liquid vinegar.
Have a great day and happy baking,
niner
is the sugar granulated or powdered??
Hey Niner
Your recipe is a hit :D made these today and they came out just perfect!! Moist soft and vanilla-y! Thanks ^_^
